Any fragile items that I have received by other sellers have always had this multiple times on the packaging and was delivered without any damage. When it arrived box was completely crushed and thought item inside had to be broken. Luckily the glass oil lamp did not get broken, it arrived as described and is actually prettier in person than what I remember when purchased. Beautiful items as described. Appreciate the care in securely packing the order. I love my item but felt extremely lucky it arrived in great shape. When box was delivered the entire bottom of box was open as it only had 1 piece of tape on bottom of box and it had entirely come loose. Luckily the postman held it together when he delivered so item stayed inside. Heat more than likely affected the tape. May be wise to place tape with 1 each way and possibly more than 1 piece.
