I ordered makeup from this seller and when I got my order, I noticed that the items that I got had been used or look like returns. I was told they were brand new but when I opened them, they have clearly been used. I tried to message the seller but no response so I just contacted Whatnot and they gave me my refund, but just letting others know to be cautious and ask more questions because she never told me that the products had been used. She stated that they were brand new.
