one item was not shipped but was reshipped later The AirPods sent to me were counterfeit. I’m unable to update them to use the hearing aid feature and they have no in ear detection so when I open the case it immediately moves audio to the pods still in the case. As well as other glaring signs like the packaging being poorly manufactured and largely plastic. My phone thinks they are real but just barely. The big card I won did not make it in transit.
