I purchased a glycerine vase from them when it arrived it was damaged and the glycerine was leaking making it basically unusable right out of the box I reached out to them sent clear pictures and instead of offering me a replacement right away I was told I needed to buy something else and I would be sent the replacement so I purchased an item then I was told that item wasn’t good enough and I need to purchase something else… so I did…. I was told that item was also not good enough I needed to purchase something else after that they stopped responding to messages Whatnot has been no help in this matter so Purchase at your own risk Very Well Shipped!
