This took place about 4 weeks ago and I have not received anything.To be honest I totally dropped the ball on this. I have the packs set aside. I was waiting for you to get another label so I can send them out. I didn’t want to generate another label because I’m letting you keep the other packs. I 110% will stand by replacing and fixing your order. It’s absolutely unacceptable and completely on me. I’ll take full accountability. I will still take care of you. I am man of my word.
