The Labubu figure was in its original bag and the bag itself was sealed and unopened. The box itself was only opened to confirm via the card.
I also brought this shipping box physically to the post office, up to the counter, where they confirm the weight of the box before shipment.
The item was in there at shipment. If something happened to it, the least you could have done was notify me and I could have inquired with the post office instead of leaving this misleading review that affects my entire shop.
