yes I accidentally made a packing error. I apologized told him I would refund his purchase price. try to track down the jar and send it to him at no cost. We try to do the best we can to make sure no errors happen but im not perfect and occasionally a mistake is made. I offered all I possibly could to make it right. Thats all I can do. we continually try to make any improvements we can with each show to limit any mistakes. Well packaged and arrived timely. Thanks so much! When I contacted the seller to resolve, he became unhinged, unleashing condescending, disrespectful, inappropriate responses. Maybe instead of being defensive and belittling the customer, the seller should consider 1) treating customers with dignity and respect, and 2) putting a quality control process in place to ensure the order is correct before it is shipped. Seller did not resolve issue (not surprising given his very junior, unprofessional conduct). If I was able to rate buyers jmauctions would be at the very bottom. The only person that is "unhinged" is them. This is over a 5 dollar license plate. Claims they got a plate they didn't buy but plain as day in video purchase it was purchased by them. It was sold together with the 1962 plate they bought. which they claim should have been two 1962 plates. long story short i offered refund just to to be done with them and guess what that wasn't good enough either! Then give selling tips in my negative review they leffrom someone that has never sold on what not! I think you should seek therapy! Loved my item. Neat stuff, good prices. Quick shipping.
