I just shipped a package larger and heavier through ups for 1.00 more so although I like the items, I think the seller overcharges for shipping. Love it even with her flaws and very fast shipping thank you .I did not received a purse that I ordered, I contact the seller and she wrote back that she left it out by mistake and would send it out on my next order that I placed on her other show. I received that order and no purse in it. Another excuse that her daughter send the package without her putting the bag in it, She did this to me last year with two purses that I bought from her and she never shipped them, whatnot reimburse me. She started on Whatnot as a great seller, but then started messing up. I saw her come this year again on whatnot and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I know that hard times can hit anyone, but this happened and I have read some reviews on here realizing there is a problem with this seller. I don't like to give bad reviews but this is wrong, you trust that you a dealing with responsible people and you have them treat you like this. BE CAUTION ON DOING BUSINESS with her! The package came exceptionally wrapped because I got some facial cleanser that was glass I was missing one but didn’t think anything about it because I got such great deals . Anyhow was going to say thank you and message her and I was on another show after this purchase and I’m now blocked and do not understand why? Now I’m nervous because I haven’t received my second package and it’s just on label created . I’m block without knowing a reason.

I just fixed it, and am so embarrassed to have not known this happened. amazing shows and items!! looks even better in person 😍 high quality selection with great prices!! will be buying from again! After contacting the seller and advised her; due to poor packaging that the entire order had developed mold on the inside of a Ziploc bag she packed seven items into, three items completely ruined and had to go straight to the trash another one that I am continuing to try to fix… The seller didn’t seem interested in any resolve . It is sad because I have had other experiences with her that were fine. I am doing this review based on customer service that I thought was poor and to warn that the packaging is not done with care.
