HUGE box used with next to no padding. Was told, "it's not real lego. just submit a refund." disgusting customer service. poor shipping practices.The set was packaged with bubble wrap. The reason it was not real LEGO was stated was because the set was more flimsy than a real LEGO set. I offered right away for you to get your money back I do not see how that is bad customer service. Built LEGO is very hard to send in the mail and the fact this was not real LEGO pieces made it harder it already was a very fragile set. We ship out close to 100 orders a day and know how to pack. I am sorry this one did not make it as I said before excellent seller!! items came as described, pirate ship was more complete then even I expected and packaged incredibly well, and everything came fast to boot, an excellent experience all around!! Thank you for the great sets. Across the country in perfect condition and so quickly! Packaging had some issues with it, most likely damaged in transit at no fault to shipper. Set was packaged up tightly to prevent loss in pieces. Sails were in envelope to prevent creasing. Super fast shipping. Thanks for sale and will continue to support y’all! Appreciate it!
