They were not careful with my package at all, but outside of that great purchase will buy again from the seller. Great price ,arrived quick and as described perfect came as described and perfectly packed Arrived in great condition! Very fast delivery! Would buy again! Fast to ship. Box in excellent condition, product as described. I received my order today however, the box is heavily damage and as well the set is missing 22 pieces not counting the two missing minifigs that was marked on the slip. Also it had a check mark saying the instructions are there, they are missing as well.Hey,

I apologize for the bad experience that is never our goal at all. The box damage sucks and we are out of control with what the post office does unfortunately. But once again would love to make that right. As far as the missing pieces and figures those as marked on the slip and the description about the set. The instructions were 100% our fault . Your message unfortunately went to the message request area and not seen until today. I wish Whatnot would do away with that. I urge you to reach out to Whatnot and see what our options are to help correct these issues. I will also reach Fast shipping and great addition to the. Thank you for an amazing deal! Packaging was absolutely awful set came completely destroyed seller didn’t even attempt to bubble wrap or protect my purchase. I’ve bought sets from other sellers before that were shipped with care this definitely missed the mark.We are so sorry this happened to your order! We unfortunately have had zero contact from you to know what happened or else we would have helped. I also asked Whatnot support and they said they have not received anything. The set was used and with used sets we plastic wrap or bag so any pieces that come loose in transit stay with the set. We then use packaging paper and a box. We have a very high success rate with this. I have the video of the time your order was packed if you need. Maybe something happened at the post office. Great people and accommodated my credit!
