Requested to send the cups back for a full refund, never got an answer back. Tried to solve this problem without making it public knowledge. Would never buy from her again. Spent almost $100 for cups that don’t have the images evenly on them, were supposed to be BRIGHT are very dull, and she knew they were printing that way AND DIDNT SAY ANYTHING! As a business owner myself I would NEVER do this to a customer. I will be following up for a refund through whatnot, or a charge back from my own bank at this point. The cups are worthless. Cup is a good quality, not very thrilled with how the “Grandma” grinch cup is. The picture on her tablet made it look very bright colored, but it is dull colors. Not happy with it at all, won’t be using it as a gift for my mother like I had planned, and where the simulation paper was met is to look like it is seamlessly together is black, as if it was rubbed there when it was put on. I’m not looking forward to the three other cups I ordered with how this one turned out. Even the Halloween cup color is dull not bright like how it looked on the tablet picture, however that one doesn’t have the black marks on it so I like that slightly more I can still use that as a Christmas gift, overall not happy with the purchases I won’t be making any more unfortunately.
