Reviews (90)Mixed experience. The Freeze and two goons were great, but Robin and Ivy had condition issues that weren't disclosed. Robin's cape had more wear/damage than shown, including damage on the inside/back that wasn't pictured. The seller acknowledged that he didn't inspect the cape from the inside. Ivy also had cracks in her legs; the seller says those weren't present when she left him, so I can't say when they occurred.
I appreciate that he offered a return/refund, but I was disappointed with how my concerns were handled. The conversation became focused on me returning the figures and eventually included the assumption that I wanted the figures for free. I never asked for them for free—I wanted the condition concerns acknowledged and addressed. I don't believe the issues were necessarily intentional, but with collectibles, accurate condition disclosure matters. Overall, some great figures, but a disappointing experience. Would not buy again hid crack in Lego kit fisto stating he’s a 90 dollar fig when it isn’t the one from the palpatine arrest set. Liar and a cheet I understand your frustration, but as I said to you privately. I stated in the stream that he was not mint. I didn’t “HIDE” anything. The figure was shown and you bid. The items were as described on the listing and the prices were more than reasonable. The packaging was excellent because it prevented the item from being damaged which is always appreciated. Communication was fantastic as the seller stayed in constant communication throughout the purchasing process. The shipping was great as the seller dropped off the item the next day and it arrived in 3 days. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
