Reviews (9)Buyer beware. I hate leaving anyone a negative review, but I feel this is necessary to caution other buyers and hopefully provide constructive feedback to a newer seller. I entered through a raid from one of my favorite sellers and purposely paid more than I normally would for an RMS pork dumpling to support him. I chose rip and received yellow.
Unfortunately, shipping was extremely slow and the packaging was poor, using reused boxes/materials. More concerning, the RMS container I received had a top and bottom that were noticeably different in color, and none of the original packaging or purchase label identifying my ripped dumpling was included. Because of this, I cannot verify that the dumpling I received was the same one opened for me on stream or confirm its authenticity. The dumpling itself also did not appear consistent with the authentic RMS products I own.
Unfortunately, I didn’t check my mail in time to request a refund. I genuinely hope the seller takes this as constructive Excellent Condition! As described! Excellent communication!
