Honestly probably one of the biggest deals I have ever gotten off her. my necklace was beautiful on screen but in person it was amazing 🤩 Thank you so much! would definitely recommend 🫶🩷 Half of my order was missing from the shipment, and one item arrived broken. When I notified the seller, I was told that a second box would be arriving with the rest of my items. Several days later, when I asked for the tracking number of the second box, they told me I only had one box and all of the items were in it. I don't believe he largest item I ordered and was missing would have even fit in the box, let alone fit with the items shipped and the other items missing. The seller told me to take it up with Whatnot, offered zero options to remedy the situation, and took no accountability for the breakage or the missing items. Then, they blocked me from being able to message them or view their shows. If this is the customer service for people who make very large orders and purchase nearly 30 individual lots in one show, I'd hate to see what happens to smaller buyers. Thankfully, Whatnot refunded me for the missing and damaged items, but I'd much prefer just getting what I bought. Accurate description and arrived on time. It’s a nice piece. Awesome genuine seller who stands by what she sells! Would order again! I know we had our issue and I’m so glad it got resolved! Thank you so much for the review 😁😁 5 stars by far.
