This was then placed in a box that was larger than the two items which also included a metal can of cleaner. They have rattled around smashing the candle and damaging the applicator for the cleaner. This could have been prevented by using a more appropriate box or stuffing paper in the box to stop them moving around as much. Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Unfortunately, this appears to have happened during transit rather than before dispatch. I apologised immediately and advised opening a Whatnot support ticket so the issue could be resolved.
