Sorry ur not satisfied by the shipping delay. I was actually the one who offered for u to keep item and have a refund as well. I asked u multiple times to submit the request per WN policy which U wouldn’t do so I couldn’t approve. U cont to msg me repeatedly being rude to the point where I had to contact WN. I asked them to submit u a refund but they looked into our chat and stated i did not have to speak with u any longer and since u got ur item they would not approve the unnecessary refund.
