I made a previous purchase and part of the order was messed up. And it also took longer than a week for the order to be shipped out. I reached out to bullionboss to resolve the issue. Got no response for a couple days. After another message of threatening to contact whatnot about it he finally responded. He never followed through with his word and since I tried to work it out with him instead of going to whatnot immediately, I missed the refund period and he still hasn’t replied to another message to try to resolve the issue. He demonstrated a clear lack of customer service and even when given multiple chances to resolve the problem without receiving a bad review, he did not care enough to attempt to resolve the issue.
