I’m sorry your mugs arrived damaged. I did make an effort to secure the package, but this was my first time packaging and shipping coffee mugs, and unfortunately they were damaged during transit. I also attempted to reach out regarding a refund but didn’t receive a response. I sincerely apologize for the experience and appreciate your feedback.
