I ordered 4 steaks but had to pay 2 separate shipping costs. Steaks were cold but not frozen. We are so glad that the steaks arrived safely and that you enjoyed them. Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping that is all designed by Whatnot, however, you should not have paid separate shipping for only two steaks items should have bundled up to 7 pounds. Whatnot has been very supportive with us and either they or us will certainly make the refund on the second box shipping. Customer service is most important to us. Bon Appetit Meat arrived cold and well packed. Ate sirloin same day, great quality. Everything was amazing. it was a great pack. We purchased this for a week of camping.
