Just wish it was packaged properly Sorry that you felt the need to leave me a 1 star review when I know I did everything in my power to protect your item during transit. The item purchased was a large body wash I made sure to tape the entire top to keep it from spilling during transit and I also placed it inside of a ziplock bag for extra precaution but the top was indeed protected with enough tape to keep it from spilling and it was placed inside a large enough box with extra filling to keep it from tossing around during shipping. However the package is handled during transit is out of my control & accidents can happen. Thank you Thank you for your review 💞 USPS tracking shows the item was never shipped. Seller refused to issue a refund. Had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. I understand your frustration but as stated to you before once the order is dropped off at the post office it is out of my control what happens to that shipment. Thankfully whatnot was able to refund you directly because they understood that it was out of my control if the post office misplaced or lost the package. As you can see my reviews speak for themselves. I have never encountered this situation and I always ship out my orders right away. I really do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you but again it was out of my control. Absolutely one of my favorite sellers on this app. Top products, wrapped perfectly and shipped immediately! Doesn’t get any better than that. Love it! Shipping was almost immediate!
