I bought several things with this purchase, and all the other items were sealed on the outside and sealed on the inside. This item was not sealed on the inside or the outside and it seems a little bit low like perhaps some of it had been used? I’ve never received a product without at least a seal underneath the cat and there was definitely no seal so it’s a little concerning but the other products were great and the product is a great product. I’m just concerned it was used.
