Reviews (73)Fast shipping, wrapped well. Love my owl 🦉 My package was delayed in transit and by the time it arrived to me it looked like that one scene in Ace Ventura. My Hearst sank as I had a feeling something would be broken. Low & behold, the Campbells soil mug was broken to absolutely pieces. Everything in my package was wrapped and cushioned beautifully so whoever was handling my package at USPS really did an awful job. I contacted Stevie and without hesitation, she offered a replacement. I got lucky because her sister had the exact mug that broke. Stevie went out of her way to ship the mug the next day & came out of pocket for shipping. I will always recommend her shows and products not only for the out of the world customer service but she’s so nice and unbothered. Thank you so much Stevie! Very well packaged and looks so cute in my kitchen! It’s adorable! The packaging was AMAZING too 👏
