I was able to clean off the few small stains/marks once it arrived, and it looks great now.
Unfortunately, I was overcharged for shipping, and Whatnot refused to issue a refund, which was very disappointing. I hope Whatnot does a better job addressing shipping overcharges in the future. The seller said there wasn’t anything she could do at the time but did offer to make it right on my next order, and I hope she follows through.
I also accidentally bid against myself on another item, and there wasn’t a way to correct that either, so I ultimately spent over $20 more than I intended.
Despite those issues, I’m willing to give this seller another chance because I believe everyone deserves one.
