The bag itself is beautiful, BUT... when I opened the box the horrendous smell of cigarette smell smacked me in the face. The bacg itself smells absolutely awful!! Not sure what I can do to get this smell out of the bag but I hope I can find something. Definitely should let people know bags are coming from a home that obviously has smoking in it. Smells horrible!!I APOLOGIZE FOR WHAT HAVE HAPPENED! I have personally caught our postal people smoking in their trucks when they are not aloud too! All my bags are completely wiped down and packed away in big closed off totes. IF NEED REFUND I will gladly send back.It is packed around in a blocked off room. Soo instead of writing this you could of messaged me personally and we could of handled it. Great seller. Quality items and fast shipping.TY !
