Reviews (30)Won a £50 slab and was sent £15 slab asked for the slab I won and was told it’s my problem won’t be buying again Part of the ordered was delivered, however the etb that I won was not included. I messaged the seller the day of delivery and provided all the evidence to prove it was not included. The seller confirmed that it was an error made by his packaging team and that he would send out a new etb. I asked when it would be posted and he said within the next couple of days. I asked for proof of postage, however the seller has not responded, despite a few mesaages. Very disappointed as my son was looking forward to opening the etb. I attempted to resolve this with the seller before leaving a bad review, but unfortunately the seller did not rectify the issue.
