Well, usually everything from Capt is perfect. Unfortunately, the USPS kind of beat up my box and 1 item fell out and was not delivered. An unfortunate accident. Perhaps in the future a few extra strips of tape on both sides of the box and maybe all items inside in a bag. That’s about all I think could have helped. I still received my remaining plush in great condition and pretty quickly. I still recommend this seller as this was an unusual issue. I’ll buy from her again too!!
