And there is white tape over the sleeve so the sleeve will have the tape residue on it…We’re sorry there was confusion. This purchase was for a character spot in a live break, not a guaranteed specific card. Your card was not pulled during the break, so we included an insurance card rather than sending an empty package. We also tape down card savers to help reduce movement during shipping and better protect the card itself. While the tape may occasionally leave some residue on the card saver, it does not come into contact with the card and is used specifically to help keep the card secure. We appreciate the feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our packaging! Awesome cards, great seller. Would recommend to anyone!!
