FYI, my local USPS flagged the envelope as needing extra postage, but didn’t charge me.
I’ve noticed USPS getting more strict with bulky envelopes and especially the Shell mailers when more than 1 top loader is used. Great deal highly recommend! great streams and packaging was great!
