This review is false. I would never send an empty envelope. This person did not purchase anything from me. They won a free giveaway card that was packed and mailed exactly as intended. I give away and ship free cards and prizes in nearly every show, including items worth far more, so there would be absolutely no reason for me to keep a free card while still mailing an empty envelope. The buyer never contacted me about any issue, damage, or missing item before leaving this 1-star review, and I have reached out directly to understand what actually happened.
