Out of all the orders I made this the only one who assured my cards would make to me. Needless to say i didn’t receive any cards. The box in the picture prior to sending does not appear to be sealed and is in very poor shape. The post office labeled it as “received in damaged condition “ and “unsealed”. Twenty days later Whatnot finally decides to update that the package arrived and I have been unable to reach anyone at Whatnot other than an automated response. Needless to say I have yet to receive a refund. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I paid $6.75 shipping for 8 cards. the cards were not in penny sleeves, top loaders or one-touch(they were in these at auction). they were loosely put in a team bag and a top loader was taped on either side of the bag allowing the corners to stick out and get bent. This was my first time purchasing and will definitely be the last.Show notes state all of this, cards are secure in a team bag and corners never get bent. If somehow they did I never got contacted for a refund and this buyer never reached out to see what we could do Shipped cards without penny sleeves or anything, just stuffed them in a bag and pasted a top loader on each side.Stated in show notes and cards arrived safely, buyer never contacted me for a refund or anything everything was fantastic great seller fast shipping keep up the great work Great shipping as described. Good packaging good condition and is kind awesome show with great deals They took all the cards out of the one touches ( I understand compensating for packaging space)but they didn’t put them in top loaders and some of them didn’t even have penny sleeves on them and they got corner damage from the poor packaging job. You can’t treat customers like this or you will lose them all. This was my first purchase. Not a great way to get repeat business. Show notes are there for a reason, i have never had an issue about cards being damaged and was not contacted about this either. Please read show notes before you buy. I run lots with cheap shipping and unfortunately they can’t be shipped in mags and often have to be bundled together in a bag with toploaders around them. The card I ordered was a very thick card because it was a jersey card, when I bought the card, it was shown in a mag that perfectly fit the card. But when the card came, it was smashed in between two top loaders with no sleeve with a sticky note saying “Enjoy! Extra protected” but it obviously was not.Again these are all in the show notes.
