Reviews (21)4 out of the 5 cards were in a top loader but not in a penny sleeve and the envelope was torn open from the side. Which wasn’t their fault because of the rain but yes. Damaged the better card out of the 5 without the penny sleeve. Helped me out when I did not receive a card in the break!! I highly recommend
