That means a lot to us thank you for all your support 🫶 Well this is in response to the response to my other review. They say they offered refund to fix problem, but that isn’t the case. It was how can we fix this after they argued the fact the damage was their fault by putting a card into a top loader without a penny sleeve. When they said they could send other cards to replace I agreed. Then weeks, yes weeks with a S went by I reached out they told me that they had already gotten rid of and sold the cards they were going to use to replace and fix my order with and that they would find something for me to fix this issue! Then more weeks go by with no response not a replacement like promised. Just passing time to pass the refund mark. Broken promises and damaged cards. Keeping that bad name to the hobby. Focus is supposed to be making it better. Cmon be better. I definitely would not buy from this user! Not only did I buy a Nix rookie card for my pc, but the shoved it into a top loader with out a penny sleeve. Needless to say it is completely scratched up and ruined. Their first response was they shipped it like it was put on screen(how are we supposed to see it isn’t in a penny sleeve inside a top loader) also who does that. Nobody that knows what they’re doing is who. Also they on multiple occasions in messages said they were going to fix it which after a month the problem isn’t solved and being ignored. Way to get a bad review over a single card. Ver poor service and care for their buyers. I left 1 start because that is the lowest you can leave. While no delivery timeline had been established and less than two weeks had passed since we arranged the replacement, we were actively working to fulfill our promise.
