lit I'm sorry for your damaged package. I pride myself on taking special care in the shipping process. unfortunately usps does not. next time give me chance to make it right before a bad review it really hurts. I package things very carefully and its not fair I suffer for the mistake of the post office. Come back to the show and next time ill make it right . Fantastic streamer! Highly recommend!
