After waiting a week for my items to be shipped , I requested support. I was given attitude for seeking support. “I can’t help what my body does I was sick”. I was apologetic and understanding.( Even tho he SHOULD have contacted me to lmk he was sick, that it would take a few days to go out) I reached out to support to let them know and to cancel support after this conversation with the seller. He asked me to contact support to ltk it shipped. I sent him screenshots of my messages to support so he knew support was canceled. I was then met with more attitude and a snarky “now I won’t get paid” comment. After this interaction, I absolutely do not want these nails, waiting for a return label. I won’t be giving my hard earned money to someone so rude. Customer service is everything when being a seller. This seller is not it. I’ve spent literally hundredsss with different sellers and never had an issue before this nor met someone so rude.I want to clarify the record for future buyers. I fully acknowledge this order shipped later than it should have, and I apologized for not communicating the delay sooner. I had been unexpectedly ill, explained that when contacted, and confirmed the package had been sent. What I dispute are the 1-star ratings for Packaging and Accuracy. Whatnot Support later confirmed the buyer reported the package was completely unopened and in original condition when requesting a return. I respect honest criticism, but reviews should reflect what was actually evaluated. Thank you so much for the cute stitch stickers I really did enjoy watching your show.
