They had a ton of great figures! thank you!! seller has reasonable prices and shipped things out quickly. This seller ran a figure, and I won the auction. After realizing it was a secret figure, he messaged me claiming it had been listed at the wrong price and said that if I still wanted it, I would have to pay more.
I had also won two other items. He then canceled the secret figure, claiming it was “damaged and could not be sold.” I told him that if he was going to cancel that item, he should cancel my entire order, and he agreed.
Despite agreeing to cancel everything, he still shipped the other items anyway. That level of dishonesty and disregard for what was agreed upon is unacceptable.
Based on my experience, this seller lacks integrity and has very poor business ethics. Buyers should be extremely cautious when bidding on this seller’s listings. I’m so happy with everything I’ve purchased from here. They had some hard to find IP’s that I’d been looking for at very reasonable prices! My items are always in great condition. I have shopped with them numerous times & will continue to. 💚 purchased the Zootopia Russ Molly figure from you. I understand these figures are often opened and that accessories can sometimes get separated, but unfortunately my figure did not come with its accessories.
The listing indicated they were in Bag 16, but I did not find them there. In fact, the figure arrived wrapped only in bubble wrap and did not include the bag that was referenced.
As a collector, I understand mistakes happen, but I spent a considerable amount of time tracking down and purchasing this piece specifically because I wanted it to be complete. I’m hoping you can help locate the missing accessories or provide a solution.
