It’s refreshing that a seller like Carole has great quality items at more than fair prices on this app! I received pants completely ripped out in the crotch with patches on the inside, none of the damage was disclosed at time of purchase.
I tried to go to the seller directly for a resolution before going to whatnot. I was promised a refund, which was never issued. I’m now outside the window to request a refund from whatnot.
