I received the item in damaged condition. It appears it was shipped, wrapped up with the lid placed on top which likely caused it to break during transit. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue. Took me at least 5 minutes to get it out of packaging. There was never a single chance it would break in transit!! Perfect in every way.
