Juanita Love this bag, great seller Disappeared that I negotiated a price with seller and she neglected to tell room that it was for me and let my negotiation price open to the room and I lost it. Buyer offered to cancel but the host said it would affect her ratings and wouldn’t allow buyer to cancel To be clear, At no point was the bag guaranteed or reserved exclusively for you, nor did you request a BIN. The bag had already been requested by another buyer before your request to lower the price. To remain fair, I ran it through auction at the lower price so both buyers had an equal opportunity. The other buyer (original requestor) bid & won fairly. Regarding cancellation, I chose to honor the completed auction & apply the same process consistently. I respectfully disagree that the situation was handled unfairly & stand by my decision. Thank you for your support.
