Each item was securely packed, with plenty of protection to ensure nothing shifted or got damaged in transit. You can tell they take real pride in how they ship — everything was in excellent condition and looked just as pictured.
The only bittersweet part was having to remove the numbered dots from each piece — they were clearly helpful for organizing, but taking them off did a little number on my expensive nails (ouch!). Still, that small sacrifice was totally worth it for how well everything was presented and protected.
