Reviews (44)Great buys as always thank you ☺️ clean and well packaged Wrong bundle received. Promised a refund and a replacement bundle. Neither received. Very disappointed Hello, you never applied for a refund? You asked for a replacement bundle which was sent. I’ve only just got around to logging into the app as I’ve had issues with it working on my phone. As for the bundle it was sent. And you should have recived it by now as was sent weeks ago. With lots of extra freebies. lovely item very happy thanks 😊 Was counterfeit. Sent in a black bag. Not great condition asked for help and have since been ignored. Definitely would not purchase again. So sorry I don’t recommend for items or customers service. The shoes in which you are talking about were new. When you contacted me I had no idea that they were fake hence why I offered you a refund. I have replied several times to your messages asking you to request a refund as whatnot standards would suggest. They were £2 which I offered to refund and you have yet to request. As for packaging everything I package is always well wrapped as other reviews will prove this. Again I’m sorry I had no idea about the shoes as I buy from wholesalers but to say I haven’t replied to messages or offered to sort a refund is a flat out lie. Excellent Seller. Exactly as described 👌 Thank you 😊 great condition fast delivery Amazing thank you so much 100% recommend this seller xx Seller was very prompt on responding. Sorted any concerns raised.
