Thank you for your feedback. The bubble mailer is often the safest way to ship so I am sorry to hear that wasn’t sufficient in this scenario. We do this to best protect the main card and secure a safe solution. As a reminder, stated multiple times during the stream, as well as on the background and show notes, you must spend $21+ before taxes/shipping throughout the stream to keep all bulk. Unfortunately that is how shipping is set up.
