I reached out to the seller immediately and she said she would make it right and send another pair (this was on 7/12). Reached out again on 8/2 because it was well past when I expected a new set and she never responded. I am outside the window to get a refund from Whatnot and am out my hard earned money for scrubs I cannot wear. Very frustrating, especially considering she still has high reviews! Buyer beware… It’s was ok. I thought my name was supposed to be on the reel and it wasn’t but not a huge deal. Great seller. Fast delivery. Will continue to shop in her shows. love my scrubs and under scrubs. I got my clothes really fast. thank you! also thank you for my badge reel gift 🥰 Not sealed properly not new with tags I paid $25 for a set that was missing the bottoms, i sent a message but have not heard back yet 🤔 it is disappointing considering having to pay shipping 😕 Love everything. And it was packed great. Everything arrived safely. Thank you I cannot wear any of these scrubs small or petite supposed to be large regular None of these scrubs were regular large and none were new with tags I was told large regular. 1 pant is medium, 1 pant is large petite 1 scrub top medium. 5 have size tags cut out and definitely smaller than a large I can’t wear any of these scrubs The light blue top had stains on the back. I can’t get them out. Nothing was mentioned about any stains. They were crammed in a bag that I paid $9.xx for shipping and probably didn’t cost $4. Very disappointing Everything was perfect. Thank you I paid 100.00 for 4 sets of scrubs that didn’t match the seller should let customers know they are not matching the tags were missing and were not the size I had requested I will not buy from them again Always a pleasure to purchase from.
Although products were listed at pre-owed the quality and condition was terrible. Several of the items were so worn that I ended up trashing them. I didn’t expect new condition but I did expect wearable condition. I just got my order today & the scrubs were not the set they said. I got a different name brand pants than what was said during the auction & there is a bleach stain on the shirt. I’m pretty disappointed in my order. I bought 5 sets of scrubs and unfortunately 4 of those sets came not as described. Some were the wrong size. Some were the wrong size and brand. Some were extremely bad condition. I messaged this seller and did not hear back. So I requested a refund through the WhatNot help page. I did receive the refund, and now I am blocked by the seller. Totally disappointing because it’s so hard to find good used scrubs. extremely happy with my purchase. All clothes where in great condition and had a nice smell too them! Perfect as per usual! Love all my goodies! Catherine is the best! Everything was packed wonderfully. Got here without any problems. Thank you. Lovey petite set thank you I loved the top of my scrubs but I was sent an XL bottom which clearly wouldn’t fit me :(
