Like he said can’t rate USPS, so have to rate on whatnot. Don’t know who to blame but I can’t rate USPS but I never got my card. Well package. Arrived on time.

Typically I try to pack things pretty quick and ship typically within 2 days. Weird that it took longer than normal in your opinion. I’ll have to look into that deeper !
