They sent a couple of ETB‘s and the collectors box all in this giant box and all of the boxes were banging up against each other on the way here because there was so much room in this big box they decided to throw the ETB‘s in. Seals broke on the surging sparks and phantasmal flames.
Mr Janel, we are sorry to hear about your experience. Your box was large due to the multiple items included and the size of the blooming waters box. We included over 20 pieces of bubble wrap and bubble mailers to protect the items. Unfortunately, when packages go to usps despite our best efforts usps has their way with the boxes which results in damage out of our control.
