All items are shown on screen for a long enough time and we do the best to describe all items fully. I didn’t like dealing with this seller from the start. They weren’t willing to accommodate a reasonable customer request, and the items aren’t true to size or accurately described—they’re much smaller than expected. Some also have a slight smoke smell. Overall, very disappointing and a waste of money.

Your request was then to swap for a different product I showed later in the show. We can not do this as it messes up numbers and is not fair on other buyers which I clearly stated to you at the time of purchase. You then went on to purchase 2 other items from us. As you can see we have sold ALOT of items and have had nothing but good reviews. If you had a problem all you had to do was message us not slate us on reviews.
