We do our best to point out all flaws in shows, sometimes things are missed with the fast pace, which is also why our prices are lower. All items are wash to wear and clearly stated everything is thrifted or vintage and to bid responsibly knowing that. I am sorry you were not satisfied with your purchase. BUYERS BEWARE!! they do not do call outs and item I received had a hole in the knee. Contacted seller and they said auctions are face paced and they miss things and there are no returns they said "read the show notes" well the show notes did not tell me there was a hole in the knee . I contacted whatnot and received a FULL refund. These kind of people ruin it for others.We’re so sorry you were disappointed with your purchase. But as many other sellers on this app, we put in our show notes that all items are thrifted and may have signs of wear that we may miss in our shows and to bid responsibly that we do not accept returns or cancellations.
