Responsive seller and item was packaged well Second time the seller shipped the wrong product. Also, the product wasn’t shipped in a shipping box, only wrapped in plastic. They won’t connect with my iPhone Product as described and working I have to be honest I was sent the wrong product and when I reached back to the seller he was completely understand and apologized. I offered to return the incorrect item but he said I was able to keep the incorrect product and sent me the correct one. things like that make a person want to keep shopping with you and I also respect the honesty.
