I want to be clear—I don’t believe this is entirely the seller’s fault, as shipping carriers can be rough on packages. However, I do believe the packaging played a major role in what happened.
When my package arrived, the item wasn’t shipped in a box. It was placed inside a bubble mailer with no additional protection, just sealed in a small plastic bag. Unfortunately, during transit the item was bent so badly that it could not be repaired.
I reached out to the seller to explain the situation. The seller offered me a $40 refund, but this was an item I paid nearly $200 for. I completely understand that small businesses need to make a profit, and I truly try to support them whenever I can. At the same time, I believe proper packaging, quality products, and good customer service are essential. I honestly feel this damage could have been avoided if the item had been packaged more securely. Beautiful turquoise rings! Love my ring and it was exactly as described. Seller was extremely quick to ship and was a pleasure to speak with when I had a question. Thanks for my beautiful ring!! Beautiful jewelry!
