They also have it set-up that you can't directly respond to an issue by messaging them on the item that you won, so you have to click directly on their profile name. Packing for multiple minifigs was a small bubble mailer with no additional bubble wrap protection for the the minifigs from the USPS. Would have been nice to know about the torso cracks before I bought the minfig, because I would not have purchased it. Apologies you felt this way, but there was no way you refund an individual since you bought in a bundle, furthermore all figs are sold as is at the same rate, sorry for any confusion 😐, also congratulations on winning the free minifigure giveaway which you forgot to mention 🥳 dude was chill let me swap out a fig when I realized 1 was a custom and included 2 stickers pretty awesome Easily the best seller in the history of the universe
