I’m sorry to hear it didn’t make it to you. This was a small free giveaway item shipped in an envelope, and tracking showed it as delivered. Sometimes smaller envelope mail can unfortunately get mixed in with junk mail or overlooked. I was never contacted directly before the review was left, otherwise I would have gladly tried to help troubleshoot the issue.
